Refund policy
Exchanges and returns
We are confident that you will love your
purchase, but if for whatever reason, you are not happy with your item, then
simply notify us by email (return it to us) within 14 days of receipt and we’ll
exchange or refund it however please be aware that we cannot accept returns on certain
products due to health and hygiene reasons. .
Return conditions
If you have changed your mind about an
item, please ensure that it is returned to us unopened (other than the outer
packaging) and in the same condition that you received it. Boxed items must
also be in their original packaging. If the lid seal or the airtight seal of
jarred/bottled products is broken, then we are unable to issue a refund. As
stated above, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on certain
products such as toothbrushes, meat products etc. Whilst we are happy to refund
your order, unfortunately, we cannot cover postage for returns unless the item
is damaged.
Damaged goods
Whilst we ensure all products are
dispatched in perfect condition if an item received is damaged upon arrival,
please notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt and we will be happy to
offer a refund, replacement, or exchange. We also request that you provide
photographic evidence of the damage sustained. We will also refund the cost of
returning such products.
Unfulfilled Orders
Because of the seasonal nature of some of
our produce and food supply chain issues, it is possible that from time to
time, we may be unable to fulfil some orders. If this is the case, we will
refund the missing items straight away and upon request.
How to return your item
Please notify us by email within 14 days
of receipt of your intention to return your item. After 14 days of receiving
your order, regrettably, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. You
then have a further 14 days to return the item to us from the date you notified
us. All notifications for refunds or exchanges must be made to [email protected]
with the subject REFUND and your order number.
