Initially, Sriracha sauce was served in local seafood restaurants, and now it is an integral part of Asian cuisine. Flying Goose Sriracha Chilli Sauce contains chili peppers, vinegar, sugar, salt and a little garlic. The spicy taste goes very well with seafood and meat dishes. Sriracha is made from ripe sun-dried chili peppers, ground with garlic into a smooth paste and packaged in a convenient squeeze bottle.
